We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Scientist to lead formulation and encapsulation development efforts, with a strong focus on agricultural applications. This role will drive lab-based R&D projects, partnering closely with external collaborators and clients, to develop and characterize innovative delivery systems for bioactive compounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all stages of formulation and encapsulation development, including method development, characterization, and optimization.
- Design and execute laboratory-based research projects, often in collaboration with external partners and clients.
- Develop and refine delivery systems to enhance the performance of microbial and biological actives.
- Translate scientific insights into actionable product development strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, commercial) and external stakeholders.
- Stay current on scientific and regulatory trends relevant to formulation and agricultural product development.
- Communicate findings through technical reports, presentations, and scientific publications.
- Bachelors Masters with 5 years of experience
- Deep expertise in formulation science, biochemistry, or chemical/biological engineering.
- Experience with agricultural formulations (e.g., seed treatments) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of encapsulation technologies and delivery systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for food and agricultural products.
