Regulatory Specialist

Pay Rate Low: 30 | Pay Rate High: 35

A growing organization within the personal care industry is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to support regulatory review and compliance activities across a range of products, including skincare, cosmetics, and over-the-counter (OTC) items such as sunscreens and acne treatments.

Located in Cincinnati, OH

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible working hours between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Initially onsite, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule (2 days remote, 3 days in-office)
  
  

Contract role

Pay: $30-35/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory reviews of product labels to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and standards
• Provide guidance and direction on regulatory review processes
• Support product registration activities (training and work instructions provided)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate regulatory support
• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and priorities
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required; some experience in a regulatory-related role or within the personal care, cosmetics, or OTC industry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
