The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing label content and artwork for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with regulatory standards.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday
- Core hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible outside of core hours)
- Initially onsite; opportunity to transition to hybrid (2 days remote / 3 days onsite) after training

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Consultant to support label and artwork review within the personal care industry. This role is focused on ensuring regulatory compliance across product packaging and labeling for skincare, cosmetics, and OTC products (e.g., sunscreen, acne treatments).
The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing label content and artwork for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regulatory review of product labels, packaging, and artwork across multiple communication formats (in-store, print, digital, etc.)
- Utilize global master copy as a reference to ensure consistency and compliance in all artwork
- Evaluate labeling and artwork for accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance
- Assess content for appropriate messaging, context, and potential regulatory risk
- Provide feedback and recommend modifications to ensure artwork is compliant and approvable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory, marketing, and product teams
- Support product registration activities (training and work instructions provided)
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established review processes
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in a regulatory, labeling, or artwork review role, preferably within personal care or OTC products
- Familiarity with skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and/or OTC labeling requirements
- Understanding of OTC vs. cosmetic labeling regulations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review complex information with accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Salary : $30 - $35
