Our client, a leading manufacturer in the beauty and personal care industry, is seeking a Quality Documentation Coordinator to join their growing team in Roanoke, VA. This organization supports both established and emerging consumer brands and operates within a clean, safe, and highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Location: Roanoke, VA

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $20-25/hr

Type: Contract to hire

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control internal and external quality documents, ensuring accurate routing, logging, archiving, and retrieval.
• Perform batch reconciliations and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and compliance.
• Release or place finished goods on hold in ERP systems (e.g., Access), ensuring proper documentation and full traceability.
• Coordinate shipment of first production samples and prepare documentation for outbound quality shipments.
• Track and distribute customer documentation while ensuring compliance with cGMP and company standards.
• Support quality investigations and assist in preparing quality issue reports.
• Maintain safety records and ensure adherence to safety and cGMP requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.
• Identify documentation issues and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• HS diploma required, Science degree is preferred (AS or BS)
• 1 years of relevant experience in documentation, manufacturing, or quality assurance (preferably in a cGMP-regulated environment)
