Quality Control Chemist I

Location: Duluth, GA

Contract: 2 year contract

Rate: 25.00-28.00 DOE

• Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure quality and support product release in a GMP-regulated laboratory.
• Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, pH meters, titrators, and particle size analyzers.
• Document test results and enter data into LIMS and SAP.
• Follow GMP, SOP, FDA, and data integrity (ALCOA ) requirements.
• Review test results, report quality concerns, and support investigations.
• Participate in laboratory safety, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry required.
• Experience in a regulated Quality Control laboratory.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, pH, titration, and particle size analysis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with LabVantage LIMS, Empower 3, or similar systems is a plus.
