Maintenance Technician

Location: Onsite – Thousand Oaks

Schedule: 3rd shift - 12-hour shifts, 5 PM–6 AM

Pay $23.00/hr ( 15% differential)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on Fill/Finish production systems
• Support engineering and operations during equipment design, installation, and upgrades
• Ensure all equipment complies with Amgen, federal, and local standards
• Keep work areas in constant audit-ready condition
• Coordinate contractors for installations, repairs, and modifications
• Maintain proper cGMP documentation and attend required training
• Recommend and deliver training on equipment or procedures as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of pumps, valves, motors, seals, and lubrication techniques
• Ability to read and update engineering drawings
• Skilled in troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with CNC machines or lathes is a plus
• Comfortable working with hazardous materials and complex machinery
