- Partner with leadership to support day-to-day HR operations
- Drive talent management initiatives including learning & development, employee engagement, and wellbeing programs
- Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support a fast-paced life sciences environment
- Assist with organizational development and HR strategy execution
- Travel to support business needs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of Human Resources experience
- Previous experience in life sciences or R&D environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
