Forensic NGS Technologist Daily Tasks: What you will do:
- Responsible for performing Next Generation Sequencing and preparing extracts.
- Perform library preparation and other techniques.
- Assist in the development, validation, and implementation of analytical techniques.
- Execute DNA quantitation and Quality Control assays.
- Maintain laboratory supplies and reagents.
Forensic NGS Technologist Qualifications/Requirements:
- B.S. in Molecular Biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or science-related field.
- 6 years of working NGS experience in a production laboratory
