Role Overview
The Analytical Science Project Manager will manage and coordinate contract testing laboratories (CTLs), perform formal data review, and present results to management. This role provides support to the QC lab while coordinating activities across cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and internal QC.

Rate: $40–$45/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CTL testing and review data from external laboratories
- Handle movement of raw materials from receiving → testing → results
- Analyze data and reports generated by external testing labs
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and sample tracking
- Track testing timelines, deliverables, and results
- Summarize reports and data for upper management
- Perform formal data review and present findings
- Generate data analysis and trending reports
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (QC, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Ensure external testing and documentation comply with GMP standards
- Support multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in analytical sciences, QC, or GMP-regulated environments
- Experience reviewing scientific data from testing laboratories, especially raw material testing results
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Bench experience is highly recommended to support data review
- Experience managing or collaborating with contract testing laboratories
