Summary:
Our client who is a well respected and growing Specialty Chemical company is looking for a Chemist to perform quality control testing on materials and products within a regulated environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Chemist to continue their career in an independent lab based role.
Pay: Starting at $28.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical testing per established procedures using laboratory instrumentation and wet chemistry methods.
- Calibrate, maintain, and verify readiness of laboratory equipment.
- Provide in-process testing support and ensure clear communication between shifts.
- Lead OOS investigations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Support method optimization, troubleshooting, and specification updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field and 2 years of laboratory experience.
- Familiarity with GMP regulations preferred
- Hands on experience with ONE of the following GC, GC-MS, HPLC, titrations, etc.
Schedule:
12 hour schedule (Day and night shift available)
