Responsibilities:
- Weigh and dispense materials
- Media and buffer preparation
- Operate filtration systems (dead end filtration, depth filtration, tangential flow filtration)
- Innoculation, fermentation, harvest, and homogenization of cells
- Setup and operate chromatography columns
- Monitor quality of processed materials
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related fields
- 1-4 years of biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience with aseptic techniques and cleanroom manufacturing
