JOB STATUS: Full-time

SALARY: 70,000- 100,000

CLEARANCE: Secret with ability to get a TS/SCI

TRAVEL: 5%

Astrion is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.

The Logistics Analyst will provide shipping and receiving duties for Astron’s Rapid Reaction Branch (RRB) customer, including physical property receiving and control, and property management and tracking.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 8 years’ experience as a Logistics Manager
• 5 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager
• DoD Secret level
• Understanding of product life cycle and warranty guidelines
• Microsoft Office applications
• Property issuing structure
• Structured documentation of property ownership
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of USAF logistics / property management protocol
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of all MS Office products
• Sound leadership / communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance desired. Must be able to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Applicants for positions which require DoD security clearance must meet eligibility requirements to include US citizenship.
  
  

Key Functions

• Complete property organization and accountability.
• Control of and maintenance of property records on all Contractor Acquired and Government Furnished Property (GFP) assigned in performance of contract requirements
• Perform inventory and tracking of calibration equipment and tools
• Receiving and Shipping management
• Warehouse property issuing structure implementation. To include maintaining detailed property, receiving and shipping records and quality assurance
• Property tag inventory management using “WASP” inventory database
