Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Joint Cyber Command and Control (JCC2) Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services (EPASS) contract, directly supporting the Cryptologic Systems Division at Ft Meade, Maryland.
Required Qualifications / Skills
Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Top Secret clearance; may need to obtain a polygraph.
Years of Experience: Five years of recent (since 2021) work experience as an Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) / Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) planner.
Experience Substitution: Two years of the experience requirement may be substituted for at least two or more years spent on a Combat Mission Team (CMT) or Cyber Protection Team (CPT) in any work role.

Responsibilities
- Provides JCC2 applications SME-level support to high-intensity Cyber-Warfighter operations.
- Serves as the primary representative providing strategic and tactical expertise in JCC2 applications for on-site, operator-level support across the range of cyber operations, from planning through execution to post-mission activities; provides training and improves adoption across the Cyber Operations community.
- Supports JCC2 applications including Joint Cyber Operations (JCO), JCC2-Readiness (JCC2-R), Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS), Rally, ThreatHub, and others as directed.
- Uses advanced knowledge of the Cyber domains to support JCC2 onsite support, training as directed by the PMO, and JCC2 capability integration support to the PMO and associated development teams.
- Applies knowledge of Cyber Operations roles and relationships to provide specific strategic and tactical solutions at the speed of operational need.
- Provides input to JCC2 acquisition teams to address emerging requirements from the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) and internally generated system planning initiatives, both short-term and long-term.
