Required Qualifications / Skills
- Enrollment in accredited Alabama university
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with personnel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and follow established processes
- Assist with maintaining and organizing cybersecurity compliance documentation.
- Support evidence collection for ongoing audits and assessments.
- Track progress on compliance remediation items and provide timely status updates.
- Review internal policies and procedures for accuracy and alignment with standards.
- Perform data entry, quality checks, and file clean-up in compliance platforms or shared repositories.
- Collaborate effectively with cybersecurity, IT, and business staff across multiple locations and working arrangements.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to organizational confidentiality requirements.
