Location: Williamsburg, NYC.

Hours: Part-Time. Weekend working is preferred. If you're unable to work on weekends, please let us know ahead of your Life Story and Values Interview.

This Autumn, we'll be opening our doors to a brand new playground for jewellery lovers in the heart of Williamsburg, New York! Community is at the heart of our mission, and we're looking for a passionate team to help bring this exciting new space to life, hosting from the heart and creating unforgettable experiences.

The Piercer Mission:

We’re more than a piercing studio - we’re a community shaping the future of piercing and jewellery. As a visionary in your craft, you’ll play a key role in empowering our customers to bring their dream curations to life, guiding them with expertise, artistry and heart every step of the way.

• Our studios are fully disposable, aseptic, and stocked with high-quality tools from top suppliers like Probodyart and Stiletto
• We’re a growing brand committed to continuous learning. We work to APP standards, and invest in your growth and development. From ongoing education and courses, to seminars with industry experts like Olly Todd. You’ll join a team of passionate piercers where your craft is truly celebrated and your expertise is valued
• Pierce with premium implant-grade jewellery, internally threaded titanium and 14ct solid white and yellow gold, along with lab-grown diamonds and semi-precious stones
  
  

How you'll drive success:

• Champion safety and excellence, taking full ownership of the cleanliness and hygiene of your studio, while proactively managing and maintaining piercing supplies to the highest standard
• Inspire our community with styling advice, executing precise and aesthetic piercings - all with a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine love for what you do
• Host from the Heart, creating a warm, intentional space where every customer feels seen, valued and cared for, while holding space with empathy and compassion, especially during sensitive moments
• Lead on the shop floor, sharing your piercing expertise and passion with both customers and your team, inspiring trust and elevating the energy around you
  
  

What you'll need to thrive:

• This role is suitable for any Piercers with at least 1 year experience in a studio looking for that next step in their journey
• A values champion and brand ambassador, our values resonate deeply with you
• You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you
• You’re able to stay grounded during more difficult and sensitive interactions, always leading with empathy
  
  

The Interview Process And Candidate Experience

• Portfolio Approval - one of our Piercer Mentors will review your portfolio
• Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
• Interview with Store Manager - a 30 min video call for you to meet your Store Manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
• In-Store Technical Interview - you'll meet one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo
