Your Responsibilities ● Staff our service desk: fulfill ongoing requests for devices and materials. Assist users in identifying available allocation and suitable configurations for their specific development needs ● Process, track, and manage inbound, outbound, domestic, and international shipments for on-time delivery ● Communicate shipment status, escalate issues as necessary ● Receive and distribute prototype devices and materials. Reconcile inventory. Negotiate allocation shortages. Collaborate with Program Coordination, Program Management, and other teams to share resources ● Assist Program Teams with New Product Introduction (NPI) shipping logistics, allocation, and Alpha and Beta shipments and inventory management. ● Track device ownership and locations of devices ● Maintain a clean, neat and organized, member-ready area; organize inventory. Ensure that there is sufficient storage space and staff on-hand for processing incoming shipments ● Inventory stock and order materials to maintain minimum inventory levels. Purchase materials. Manage inventory ● Coordinate transport of devices among sites ● Identify units for secure scrapping and prepare for secure scrap. Coordinate secure scrap of devices and material ● Perform basic device maintenance such as firmware and software upgrades, battery maintenance and battery replacement ● Help us prioritize and solve problems. Update existing shipping, inventory, and logistics process documentation and policy, identify and document process improvements and new policies. Educate team members on processes and policies ● Follow device security and secrecy practices Qualifications ● The ability to work well in a team environment, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members. Be curious and open to learning from others and helping each other grow ● Interpersonal and communication skills to navigate issues effectively ● Motivation to anticipate and resolve customer problems proactively ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple tasks and customers; the ability to maintain an organized personal task list to ensure timely execution of work ● Adaptability and flexibility ● Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and are good with numbers ● The ability to exert force and/or lift or carry items safely weighing twenty-five (25) to forty (40) pounds occasionally, and up to ten (10) pounds frequently ● Prior relevant experience such as IT Help Desk, Asset Management, and/or IT Logistics experience in a technology environment ● Ability to work overtime on occasion Even Better ● CompTIA A , AS, or BS in a relevant field, Asset Management Certifications ● International shipping experience ● Experience with ticketing and/or asset management systems ● Familiarity with Build Matrices and Device Configurations Salary Range $26.86 - $33.58 USD (Hourly) Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
