Warehouse Facilitator

The Subject Matter Expert will lead Materials Management operations and associated SAP modules, ensuring reliable, compliant, and efficient execution across the end-to-end supply chain. This role manages and develops seasonal employees, upholds inventory accuracy in SAP, and owns the review and revision of SOPs, Finished Goods Batch Records, and related documentation. The SME coordinates materials, internal support, and partner activities to achieve Fill and Package schedules, and ensures that daily operations consistently meet compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Service, compliance, and organization: Maintain high standards of customer service, regulatory compliance, and facility organization.
• Inventory integrity: Ensure accuracy and full traceability within the inventory management system.
• Operational communication: Provide clear, timely communication with internal teams and partner operations to meet deliverables and surface issues early.
• Continuous improvement: Apply structured problem solving, after-action reviews, and Performance Excellence tools to drive measurable optimization.
• Training and standards: Deliver training, reinforce standards, and support colleagues in meeting expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min 5 years warehouse industry related experience with High School Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years industry related experience with an advanced degree.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Warehouse and shipping experience.

• Knowledge of cGMPs and pharmaceutical industry trends
• Fully qualified for all functional tasks within the department.
• Demonstrated capability to author deviations and standard operating procedures
• Demonstrated strong problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to obtain Forklift certification within 3 months of hiring
• Must have ability to work shifts and overtime as required

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations
• SAP transactions and all processes associated with Materials movements
• Experience with international shipping, including hazardous materials (dry ice).
• Preferable Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Supply Chain Operations.
