Location: Qingdao Supply Site Responsibilities: Project phase (2024-2028) · Design, set up and develop automation systems to support project progress. · Fully involved in Qingdao site automation systems design, construction, qualification to deliver PMDI site as autonomous and smart factory. · Develop automation systems standard and process to meet startup and BAU requirement. · Ensure SHE, GMP and regulatory compliance in automation areas. · Review and approve requirements, specifications, drawings, coding procedures and guidelines. · Work with project team and other engineers to ensure system design meeting URS and BAU requirements. · PPS and CI practices to ensure C&Q, PQ/PV successfully. BAU phase (2028 onwards) · Be responsible for site wide process automation, supervisory control, and data acquisition solutions including programming and implement new PLC/HMI code, change existing PLC/HMI code, and monitor backups for data integrity and compliance etc. · Ensure BMS/EMS running smoothly and continuously improve systems to meet GMP and regulation requirements. · Review and approve requirements, specifications, drawings, coding procedures, guidelines and qualification of equipment and processes. · Conduct troubleshooting activities and PPS, deviation investigation and CAPA to be implemented. · Train others on systems, software, equipment, machines, procedures, and processes. Instruct and train SME backup of automation systems and assist HVAC, water system engineers to optimize system operation mode. · Analyze trends in data to provide accurate descriptions, identify root causes, solutions or improvements. · Write, review and revise SOP/WI/Form for maintenance and operations of equipment, systems, and facilities. · Update the automation system related drawings, technical data, and manuals. · Author, review and approve change controls and document revisions. · Comply with GMP and SOP, SHE requirement and ISIT/OT policies. · Project implementation to improve KPI in SQSCP such as energy saving, cost reduction etc. · Support to plan and implement annual budget and cost control in line with company goals. · Apply lean/digital/automation solutions to contribute to autonomous site strategy.
