🕗 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re searching for an experienced Air Freight professional who thrives under pressure and knows how to move cargo quickly, accurately, and transparently. This isn’t an entry-level role, we want someone who can run with shipments from A to Z and communicate like a pro along the way.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of air freight operations experience (Import & Export)
- Recent or current experience at a freight forwarder (non-negotiable)
- Solid understanding of air documentation (AWB, HAWB, MAWB)
- Ability to coordinate shipments end-to-end (pickup, documentation, airline coordination, pre-alerts)
- Strong written English (spoken fluency a plus), Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese a plus
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused
- Familiarity with logistics systems (WMS, CargoWise, Magaya, or similar)
