ASTRAEUS is an early-stage, modular research campus in Central Texas integrating architecture, aerospace fabrication, materials research, and biophilic design. The vision is to create flexible environments where interdisciplinary teams can design, build, test, and collaborate within a single campus.
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Advisor to support the formative stages of ASTRAEUS. This is a high-impact, fractional advisory role focused on strategy, feasibility, and partner alignment—not day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic guidance on phased development and modular campus planning
• Advise on partnerships with developers, industry, academic, and civic stakeholders
• Pressure-test early assumptions and priorities
• Offer thought partnership as the project vision evolves
• Make select introductions where alignment exists
Ideal Background
• 10 years of experience in real estate development, architecture, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or innovation-driven campuses
• Experience advising or launching complex, interdisciplinary projects
• Strong professional network in Texas and/or nationally
• Comfortable operating in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and systems-oriented mindset
