Overview
We are scaling our team and looking for a Junior Recruiter (IT, SaaS & Sales) based in the Irving/DFW area. This is a Full-Time hybrid role, offering the flexibility of remote work with regular in-office collaboration at our Irving headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source Account Executives, SDRs, and Sales Leaders who thrive in a SaaS environment.
- Recruit and screen candidates for IT and engineering roles, ensuring alignment with SaaS product lifecycle.
- Collaborate weekly in-office with hiring managers to align on headcount needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer letter.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience, representing our brand with professionalism and energy.
Requirements
- 1 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Sales Recruitment.
- Knowledge of SaaS/IT and the DFW tech landscape.
- Local presence: must live within commuting distance of Irving, TX.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruite- r and modern ATS tools.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills to promote company culture.
Compensation
- $20–25 per hour (~$40,000–45,000 per year).
