- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HVAC and building automation projects.
- Conduct site assessments and collaborate with engineering teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Present ROI analyses, energy savings models, and financial justifications to decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
- Stay current on utility rebates, incentive programs, and energy regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, building owners, and consultants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- 5 years of experience in HVAC Energy project sales.
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions with measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of building automation systems and energy efficiency technologies.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with energy modeling tools and financial analysis.
- Experience with LEED, ASHRAE, and energy codes.
- Knowledge of ESCO models and performance contracting.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
