As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will help homeowners and business owners protect their properties by providing professional roof inspections, educating customers on roofing solutions, and guiding them through the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Schedule and perform free roof inspections for residential and commercial properties.
- Identify storm, hail, wind, or age-related roof damage.
- Educate customers on roofing products, repair options, replacement solutions, and insurance claim processes.
- Prepare and present roofing estimates and proposals.
- Follow up with prospects to answer questions and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using company CRM or sales tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Represent Astra Roofing professionally while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working outdoors and meeting customers in person.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Pay: $36,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
