Production Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Engineer to support quality control and assurance activities within a growing manufacturing environment.
This role is responsible for managing product quality, supplier quality, and customer quality coordination, while supporting ISO quality system implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Quality Control
- Perform inspections for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods
- Conduct quality testing and ensure compliance with company and customer specifications
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Supplier Quality (IQC)
- Perform incoming material inspections and verification
- Ensure supplier materials meet specifications and quality standards
- Document inspection results and manage non-conformance reporting
- Support supplier quality improvement and corrective actions
Customer Quality
- Act as the point of contact for customer quality issues and documentation
- Coordinate product specifications and quality requirements with customers
- Support investigation and resolution of customer complaints
- Participate in customer quality reviews when needed
Quality Systems & ISO
- Support implementation and maintenance of the quality management system
- Assist with ISO compliance, documentation, and procedures
- Maintain quality records and support internal and external audits
Process Improvement
- Monitor production quality and identify improvement opportunities
- Support implementation of quality control procedures and standards
- Work with production teams to improve product quality and process reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field preferred
- Equivalent hands-on manufacturing quality experience will be considered
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
Skills & Experience
- 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in manufacturing
- Experience with ISO quality systems
- Strong experience with incoming inspection (IQC) and production quality control
- Ability to work with both suppliers and customers on quality issues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and documentation tools
