Key Result Areas:
- Accurately input and spread borrower financial information according to Astra Bank standards.

- Support collateral evaluation by reviewing and procuring appraisals and ensuring proper credit margining.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze borrower financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow.
- Prepare financial spreads and credit analysis reports for loan requests.
- Assist with collateral reviews and appraisals.
- Maintain credit files with accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with lenders to ensure timely responses to customer needs.
- Provide support in regulatory and internal loan review processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Formal credit training preferred.
- Previous experience in banking, credit, or financial analysis desirable.
- Strong financial analysis, credit evaluation, and computer proficiency.
