We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and polished Physician Relations Liaison to expand our B2B medical referral pipeline across your assigned North Carolina territory.
In this role, you will serve as the face of our organization to the medical community. Your primary mission is to build deep, trusted partnerships with Pediatricians, Developmental Pediatricians, Pediatric Neurologists, and Medical Referral Coordinators, positioning Astra ABA as their preferred provider for ABA therapy services.

Your primary mission is to build deep, trusted partnerships with Pediatricians, Developmental Pediatricians, Pediatric Neurologists, and Medical Referral Coordinators, positioning Astra ABA as their preferred provider for ABA therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
Territory & Account Management
- Strategically map, segment, and manage a field territory consisting of pediatric practices, family medicine clinics, and regional health systems such as Atrium Health, Novant Health, UNC Health, Duke Health, and WakeMed.
- Conduct consistent face-to-face field visits to establish long-term, trust-based relationships with physicians, office administrators, and referral coordinators.
- Secure, organize, and execute Lunch & Learn presentations to educate medical staff on our clinical differentiators, intake criteria, and seamless referral process.
- Utilize company CRM and field management software to track daily activity, account updates, referral trends, and follow-up tasks.
- Partner closely with our Clinical Intake and Admissions teams to ensure a smooth, white-glove onboarding experience for every referred family while maintaining communication with referring providers.
- Stay informed on regional healthcare trends, competitor activity, and developments within the North Carolina Medicaid and private insurance landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2–5 years of proven success in:
- B2B Healthcare Sales
- Pharmaceutical Sales
- Medical Device Sales
- Home Health Liaison roles
- Experience calling on pediatricians and medical offices strongly preferred.
- Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to navigate complex medical office environments and build meaningful professional relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to travel daily within the assigned North Carolina territory.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy.
