We're currently seeking passionate BT's to join our skilled team of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapists, supporting children on their journey to realizing their full potential.Hours: Morning hours Behavior Technician (BT) ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity underBCBA supervision.Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and naturalenvironment teaching (NET).Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, andacademic domains.Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and teammembers.Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
