Medication Aide | Part-Time

What You'll Do
- Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans.
- Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
- Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, person-centered care.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Help create a warm, welcoming community where residents can thrive.
What We're Looking For
- Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent based on state requirements).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for older adults.
- Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
