We are a professional audiovisual production company based in Farmingdale, New York, providing corporate meeting and event production services across Long Island. Our team specializes in delivering seamless live event experiences through high-quality sound, video, lighting, and staging solutions.
We work at top venues and with corporate clients that expect precision, professionalism, and creativity. We’re looking for a full-time Audiovisual Technician to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and strike audiovisual systems for corporate meetings, conferences, and special events
- Work with video switchers, LED walls, audio mixers, microphones, and lighting control systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events
- Assist with pre-event prep, equipment maintenance, and organization in the warehouse
- Collaborate with production leads and venue staff to ensure smooth event execution
- Load and unload trucks and handle equipment safely
- Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of audiovisual or live event experience (corporate AV, hotel AV, or event production preferred)
- Solid understanding of audio, video, and lighting systems and signal flow
- Experience with equipment from brands like QSC, Shure, Blackmagic, Barco, Novastar, Yamaha, etc.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday (with some nights/weekends depending on event schedule)
Work Location
- Farmingdale, NY (in-person position)
- Travel to event venues throughout Long Island
