Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Associate to join our experienced dental team. You will work closely with experienced dental staff to deliver high-quality treatments, promote patient education, and uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated dental professional eager to grow their expertise in a dynamic clinical environment. Our existing doctors are extremely experienced and welcome new graduates who are eager to learn.
Duties
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, endodontics and prosthodontics to restore and maintain oral health
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using medical imaging technology. Understanding periodontics and orthodontics is important as we work with specialists in our office
- Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment plans effectively with patients and team members
- Manage electronic health records using practice management software such as Dentrix and Dexis
- Collaborate in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency during procedures and improve patient comfort
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health
Qualifications
- Dentaquest and Delta Dental accredidation helpful but we can credential you

- Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and restorative dentistry
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and accurately
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management to ensure confidentiality and compliance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in medical documentation and imaging processes
