Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails to maximize sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash or credit card payments, and give correct change or receipts
- Assist with bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes guest satisfaction
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving, upselling, and cleaning duties
- Basic math skills for cashiering, sales transaction processing, and cash handling responsibilities
- OLCC and OR food handlers card
Pay: From $15.55 per hour
