Responsibilities
- Utilize IT monitoring tools to oversee the health and performance of network systems and hardware.
- Conduct performance monitoring to identify bottlenecks or issues affecting system efficiency.
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, cabling, and network components such as Azure cloud services.
- Troubleshoot system problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Assist with system upgrades, configurations, and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices for system security and data integrity.
- Document technical procedures, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
Experience
- Proven experience with IT monitoring tools and performance management in a professional environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including cabling, servers, and cloud platforms like Azure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across various systems and hardware.
- Familiarity with network setup, maintenance, and security protocols is preferred.
