Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time role for an Assistant Property Manager based in Seattle, WA. The Assistant Property Manager will support daily operations, including tenant communications, unit inspections, in-person tours, and lease administration. The role also involves coordinating maintenance requests, ensuring the units are kept to excellent condition and assisting the property manager in addressing tenant needs. This position requires collaboration with tenants, the property owner, and other team members to maintain high standards of property management.

Qualifications
- Property management skills, including lease administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants and team members
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle scheduling and tenant matters efficiently
- Proficiency in office software and property management platforms
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle maintenance coordination and tenant concerns
- Experience or knowledge in real estate development or multifamily projects is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, architecture, or a related field is preferred
