Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe Intensive Home-Based Services Family Specialist serves as an essential member of an interdisciplinary collaborative team to help prevent out of home placement of children into the foster care system. Utilizing evidence-based practices, this highly successful program has a history of positive outcomes by maintaining 90% of children safely in their homes. This rewarding position has an opportunity for professional growth and development. This position has flexible work hours, desirable benefits, and competitive pay. Case Management experience working with children and adolescents required. Crisis intervention and home-based experience a plus. Candidate must have the ability and interest to work with a diverse population of at-risk families. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license. In addition, this position requires visits to locations not required to provide accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and candidate must be able to climb and descend stairs where necessary to accomplish position duties and responsibilities.
