We partner with best-in-class developers across major U.S. markets to originate and structure equity, preferred equity, and credit investments.
We are actively scaling our capital formation platform across family offices, RIAs, and institutional investors.
We are seeking a senior capital markets executive with a proven track record of raising significant capital across private equity, real estate, and alternative investments.
This is a front-line, revenue-generating role focused on:
- Building and monetizing investor relationships
- Driving capital formation across funds and direct deals
- Structuring and closing institutional and high-net-worth capital
This is not a junior IR role. We are looking for someone who has personally raised and closed capital at scale.
- Source, develop, and maintain relationships with:
- Family offices
- RIAs / wealth managers
- Institutional investors (endowments, pensions, consultants)
- Lead capital raising across:
- Preferred equity
- Structured debt
- Opportunistic real estate equity
- Drive investor conversations from introduction through closing
- Collaborate with internal team on deal positioning, structuring, and go-to-market strategy
- Contribute to long-term capital strategy and platform growth
- 15–25 years in capital markets, fundraising, or investor relations
- Demonstrated track record raising $500M to $1B across career
- Deep relationships across family offices, RIAs, and institutional capital
- Experience across private equity, real estate, or alternative investments
- Strong understanding of deal structuring and investor psychology
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and revenue-focused

- Base Compensation (stability platform support)
- Origination-Based Incentives tied directly to capital raised
- Performance Bonus based on overall contribution
- Participation in Promote / Upside on closed investments
