Position Summary
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Representative will manage and grow a specific portfolio of accounts. This role works closely with our design and product development teams to deliver customized, trend-forward chocolate programs that meet each customer’s unique needs. We’re seeking a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys building business through collaboration and execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
· Present and sell Astor’s innovative product offerings to drive sales and customer engagement.
· Manage the full sales cycle, from forecasting to execution, ensuring revenue goals are achieved.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product development, and operations to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine strategy.
· Provide accurate reporting and territory planning to the VP of Sales.
· 3 years of B2B sales experience; consumer goods or food industry preferred.
· Goal-oriented, metrics-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-moving environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
