Position Summary
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be the engine behind our firm’s visibility and deal execution. You will lead day-to-day marketing operations, from launching high-stakes listing campaigns to optimizing our CRM and digital footprint. This is a high-impact role that balances creative design with technical marketing operations.
Core Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Listing Management
End-to-End Listings: Manage the full lifecycle of property listings, ensuring accuracy from launch to close.
-Multi-Channel Distribution: Maintain and optimize property presence across multiple major listing platforms.
-Email Marketing: Own the Mailchimp ecosystem—designing, scheduling, and deploying e-blasts for listings, closings, and firm announcements.
-Lead Management: Route inbound leads from listing platforms and support basic attribution tracking to measure ROI.
-Deal Management: Assist brokers on active deals, including but not limited to lead management, document organization, and timeline management.
2. Brand & Collateral Development
-Deal Materials: Lead the production and quality control of Offering Memorandums (OMs), teasers, flyers, and pitch decks.
-Collateral Creation and Management: Create marketing collateral, including videography and photography, to meet custom marketing needs.
-Online/Social Media Management: Manage Astonish’s digital presence, including website and social media.
-Brand Guardianship: Ensure a consistent "Astonish" brand voice and visual identity across all digital and print touchpoints.
-Content Creation: Draft press releases and social media content to elevate firm wins and thought leadership.
3. Marketing Operations & CRM
-Database Strategy: Assist with segmentation strategies by investor type, geography, and asset class to ensure highly targeted outreach.
-CRM Hygiene: Partner with brokers to standardize CRM fields and perform regular audits to maintain list health and compliance.
-Process Optimization: Build repeatable workflows, checklists, and templates to increase team efficiency as we scale.
4. Performance & Analytics
-KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on email deliverability, open rates, CTRs, and social engagement.
-Market Insight: Run A/B tests on campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
