Hours needed Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm with occasional weekends!

Responsibilities of the Receptionist include, but are not limited to:
· Greets patients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
· Answers, screens, and directs phone calls; takes messages and schedules appointments, if needed.
· Receives mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
Requirements for the position of the Receptionist:
· High School diploma or GED required
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
