Description:
The Treasury Manager role will be responsible for managing the cash and debt position of the company including the cash flow forecast, cash entries, balances, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with a team of Senior Leadership and Staff.
• Review daily cash balances and determine daily liquidity needs for the company.
• Manage all lockboxes and concentration accounts.
• Prepares and monitors cash position and cash flow forecasts and performs financial modeling that link cash activities to the financial statements and general ledger.
• Support debt decision-making processes and perform related activity as needed including covenant compliance.
• Prepare/review cash reconciliations and monitor transactions.
• Manages operational working capital and settlement requirements and needs to ensure payments are made, receipts are collected and processing and delivery of ACH files occur.
• Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements including automation.
• Manages treasury relationships with banks.
• Monitor and document the control environment and ensure all internal control procedures are in place and operating effectively while ensuring no deficiencies from a treasury perspective.
