What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Assistant position at Aston Carter?
FULLY REMOTE TREASURY ASSISTANT - you must live within a 1 hour commute to Westlake, CA to apply!
Description:
• Data gathering, bank document preparation, file organization, meeting scheduling, process/procedure documentation, and project tracking.
• Monthly reporting
• Data Cleanup/Clean bank account records
• Create trackers
i. Tracking bank account updates
ii. Quarterly user entitlement reviews
• Ability to create Excel Spreadsheets
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Able to work remotely, independently, quick learner, attention to detail, experience with project tracking/management.
1 YOE with Oracle, Hyperion or SmartView is a plus
