Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews, drug screens, and manage other hiring process communications.
- Organize New Hire orientations following a scripted process.
- Maintain detailed records on recruiting activities.
- Allocate approximately 75% of time to screening, calling, or emailing candidates and 25% to sourcing and screening.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Minimum of 6 months of Manufacturing Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Target-driven approach.
- Familiarity with recruiting software.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Background in human resources.
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
