What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Specialist position at Aston Carter?
Aston Carter is hiring for a strong Technical Support Specialist to join their growing office in Las Vegas.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be working in their call center supporting a number of merchants with getting set up with their payment processing software/devices (Point of Sale Systems). The technical support specialists will be responsible for helping troubleshoot and resolve problems as a new customer/client is being onboarded.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Experience w/ some form of Technical Troubleshooting
- Strong computer proficiency -- including Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with POS systems or Financial/Banking industries a plus
OTHER DETAILS:
- Location: In Office - 2 miles from Allegiant Stadium
- Schedule: 40 hour work week, hours of operation 7am-6pm
