Responsibilities
- Lead proactive sourcing efforts for Robotics and Generative AI engineering roles
- Identify and engage niche technical talent using creative and strategic sourcing approaches
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for specialized skill sets
- Partner closely with recruiting leadership on high‑priority hiring needs
- Support end‑to‑end recruiting activities with a strong emphasis on sourcing
- Prior experience in a sourcing‑heavy recruiting role
- Exposure to technical or engineering recruiting preferred
- Strong ability to source for niche and specialized profiles
- Detail‑oriented with strong candidate engagement skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Boston, MA
