What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies for SDE roles
- Proactively source, engage, and assess software engineering talent using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, niche communities, etc.)
- Build diverse, high‑quality pipelines for mid‑ to senior‑level SDE positions
- Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations with technical candidates
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and candidate engagement through an ATS/CRM
- Continuously refine sourcing approaches based on hiring needs and market conditions
- 4–8 years of technical sourcing experience, with a strong focus on Software Development Engineers
- Experience sourcing in large technology companies and/or high‑growth startups
- Strong understanding of software engineering skill sets, tech stacks, and role differentiation
- Proven ability to influence candidates and deliver results in competitive markets
- Comfortable managing multiple searches and shifting priorities
- Data‑driven and organized, with strong communication skills
- Experience supporting full‑cycle recruiters or in-house engineering teams
- Exposure to high‑volume or scaling environments
- Passion for creative sourcing strategies and talent branding
