Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS experience required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred
Experience with retail or e-commerce nice to have

Job Description:
- Complete monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts and prepare the related journal entries.
- Produce monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analyses to highlight and explain material changes.
- Prepare concession and consignment statements for vendors, ensuring all supporting reconciliations are accurate and timely.
- Develop weekly payment support files for the Accounts Payable team.
- Reconcile daily retail and online sales activity, including cash deposits and credit card settlement reports.
- Partner with merchant service providers and retail staff to resolve credit card chargebacks, ensuring timely submission of documentation.
- Manage the setup process for new retail vendors by collecting and reviewing all required documentation.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory activity on a recurring basis.
- Contribute financial insights for store bonus program target evaluations.
- Prepare and record gift card-related accruals, performing ongoing analysis for both retail and eCommerce operations.
- Handle sales tax filings and related reporting.
- Support external auditors during annual audit procedures by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
