Description
Provide hands-on hypercare support for SAP EWM post-go-live, including troubleshooting process issues and stabilizing operations. Deliver role-based training for warehouse staff and super users, develop clear training materials (job aids, SOPs), and coach end-users on best practices for inbound/outbound, picking, packing, and RF transactions. Collaborate with IT team to resolve issues, document processes, and ensure smooth adoption of SAP EWM.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.

Qualifications
- 3 years of SAP experience
- Experience going through an SAP EWM go-live from 2020 or later
- Strong communication skills
