Responsibilities
- Manage the complete trailer sales process, including prospecting, quoting, closing, and after-sales support.
- Prepare and present price quotes and finalize sales agreements.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the trailer shop to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Manage trailer inventory, licensing, and tracking.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of trailer models, specifications, and warranties.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; experience in trailer, truck, or heavy equipment sales is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate and close sales consistently while maintaining customer trust.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of trailer specifications, warranties, and financing options preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- CDL preferred but not required.
