Sales Administrator

Job Title: Sales AdministratorJob Description

The Sales Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including the CSR, VP of Sales, Group Head, and Business Development personnel. This role involves reviewing and loading customer quotes and orders into the company's CRM and ERP databases, managing part delays, and analyzing customer usage data to identify trends. The Sales Administrator will also manage contract customer inventory levels, review new parts entering the business, and communicate changes in part costs and delivery dates.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries within one business day.
• Process customer orders correctly and efficiently.
• Process monthly consumption reports.
• Manage customer orderbook daily.
• Process customer sales quotes and orders.
• Meet customer OTIF expectations for all assigned customer contracts.
• Ensure inventory levels for assigned contracts are maintained in stock per the customer’s demand levels and contract requirements.
• Keep the company CRM database updated with critical information, including contracts and tracked emails.
• Support the sales team with other job duties as required.

Work Environment

This role operates during business hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, onsite. After 30-60 days, it will transition into a hybrid role with 2 remote days and 3 onsite days. The position involves working directly with business development teams and inside sales account managers, reporting to the VP of Sales. Employees will receive a laptop and potentially a company cell phone.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
