. Work to Maintain Necessary Licensing (will provide paid training and cover all fees for them to continue to get up to date on licensing, they must be licensed to be considered for hire)
. Provide Every Client with Exceptional Customer Service
. Achieve or Exceed Sales Goals and Objectives
. Advise Clients on the Home Buying or Refinance Process
. Following up With Existing Leads
. Picking up the Phone and Making Calls to Drive New Opportunities
. Ability to Properly Set Up Files
. Oversee Loan Process From Start to Finish
