*Aston Carter is hiring 22 Remote Call Center Representatives in Texas to start in July*
JOB DUTIES:
- Provide premium service and build relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence.
- Calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.
REQUIRMENTS:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Type 40 WPM & High Speed Internet (50 mbps download)
- Quiet, distraction free work environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Remote but MUST LIVE IN TX
- Contract position through January
SCHEDULE:
- Training: Mon-Fri 8a-6p MST
- Regular Schedule: Mon-Sat 6a-6p MST (schedules are not set - schedule bid biweekly)30
